Releasing with Echo World

  • Physical

    We offer physical cassette releases for any beattapes from artists with an established following.

    If you would like to release a cassette with us but do not know if you’re eligible email us contact@echoworld.co

  • Digital

    We distribute to all streaming platforms as well as upload and promote your music on Soundcloud, Youtube & Bandcamp.

    You do not need a big following to release with us, we have worked with many different sized artists and are open to any submissions.

  • Promotional

    All releases are promoted across all of our platforms and feature on our social accounts.

    We also offer a 30 minute meeting with our marketing head to discuss promotional ideas, if requested.

Release Requirements

Please note: all the following must be completed and emailed to contact@echoworld.co before we can distribute or create your artwork.

  • All music must be .wav file format

  • Send unmastered tracks (-3dB max).

  • Permanent/easily accessible link (no Dropbox or Wetransfer)

  • The track(s) must be previously unreleased on ALL platforms.

  • The song(s) must be sample-free (or unrecognisable from the original sample, this includes Splice loops)

All releases are distributed through Identity Music or Soundcloud for Artists

Please send 5+ photo Pinterest moodboard to marketing@echoworld.co within 5 working days of confirming your release

Any single, album and EP artwork which is not created in-house must be sent and confirmed with marketing@echoworld.co

Release Promotion

  • All releases will be promoted across TikTok, Instagram, X etc

    Please make sure you are sharing continuously throughout and after your release to ensure your fans can support. This is a requirement to working with us

  • All artist releases are featured on Echo World Spotify playlists

    They will also be submitted across a wide playlist network by Saul Bell (contact@echoworld)

    If you have or know anyone with Spotify playlists, make sure to feature your new release in them

  • All releases (singles, EP’s and albums) are submitted to our Youtube promotional network - these include: Homework Radio, Bootleg Boy, Yugen, Ryan Celsius & more.

  • Though as a label we put as much effort as possible into promoting your release, if you yourself do not put considerable time into promotion your release will not be successful.

    If you can’t how excitement about your release listeners, they wont get excited either! So make sure to be sharing as much as possible!

FAQs

  • You will be automatically paid out via PayPal to the mail you provided on the Distribution Form

  • The royalty split is 60/40 with 60% going to the artist. All royalties going to Echo World are reinvested into promotion label releases.

  • Share, share, share

    We recommend, alongside sharing as often and frequently as possible.

    We also recommen create performance and promotional videos of your own to engage listeners

    Don’t be afraid to DM fans and friends on your new release day too!

    We also recommend booking in a 30 minute meeting with Sara/saaaz to plan how to promote your release
